Together with Marketing and HR, you will shape the employer branding and internal communication of the Aebi Gruppe in this role with plenty of freedom for your own ideas. From creative campaigns, writing about everyday stories to the conception and organization of employee events: You contribute to ensuring that the Aebi Gruppe is perceived as an attractive employer and that our employees want to be part of our team.
