Tasks • Monitoring and compliance with the contractual obligations of tenants • Ensuring professional maintenance of the properties • Monitoring and repair of general lighting • Monitoring the regular cleaning of common areas • Monitoring the proper functioning of heating installations • Checking for breakdowns or operational status • Ordering and supervising service and repair work • Support during apartment changes • Monitoring laundry room regulations and distribution of laundry schedules • Monitoring the proper functioning of laundry rooms and drying rooms • Cleaning of container locations • Clarifications regarding the recharging of costs to tenants • Management of spare parts stock • Reporting prohibited parking • Replacement of cylinders and installation of emergency cylinders Your profile • Training as a concierge or building maintenance specialist • Professional experience in the maintenance of private and commercial properties • Category B driving license indispensable • Neat and confident expression in the German language • Flexible, resilient, and service-oriented personality • Autonomous and team-oriented way of working Why DBU?
