In the interdisciplinary emergency center of the Kantonsspital Schaffhausen, we care for over 30'000 patients - adults and children - comprehensively and at a high medical level every year. You can expect a dedicated, well-rehearsed team, a professional and appreciative work environment, and diverse design options in the further development of our emergency center. ### What to expect from you • You lead, develop and strengthen a dedicated team in dynamic emergency operations • You take on co-responsibility in the interprofessional management team for the operational management and further development of the emergency center • You stabilize and optimize our new processes and procedures • You bring your technical and organizational expertise into change and development processes in a targeted manner • You set impulses and shape changes actively and effectively • You take on situational responsibility in direct patient care and remain technically anchored What you bring to us • You have completed training as a nursing specialist with NDS emergency nursing/MAS Physician Associates Skills/clinical specialist and have solid leadership experience in the acute or emergency area • You take responsibility, make clear decisions and remain calm and capable of acting even in demanding situations • You combine operational presence with strategic thinking and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment • You lead your team with clarity, commitment and genuine appreciation • You create orientation and security - even in challenging and stressful situations • You approach challenges proactively, set priorities and move topics forward together with your team • You communicate clearly and bindingly, always respectfully and at eye level • You have a good sense of people, specifically strengthen your team and continuously develop it further Family friendliness Spitäler Schaffhausen as an employer The Spitäler Schaffhausen include the Kantonsspital, the Psychiatrische Dienste, the Praxen Radiologie and Kardiologie Posthof Neuhausen, and the Praxis Neurologie Schaffhausen Zentrum. With over 1'700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Every year, we care for around 11'000 inpatient and 90'000 outpatient patients. We are also an important training center in the canton.
