Area of responsibility Setup and cleaning of production equipment and production rooms Monitoring of equipment and processing of manufacturing instructions on the production line (working steps; weighing of raw materials, granulation plants) Carrying out in-process controls according to manufacturing instructions, GMP requirements, SOPs and work instructions Documentation of the raw materials, working steps and in-process controls used for manufacturing, as well as feeding manufacturing data back into the ERP system Scale control and general documentation in logbooks Cleaning activities and waste management Reporting all malfunctions and deviations from the specified manufacturing process Your profile Completed vocational training, ideally from the food sector Experience in pharmaceutical or food production.
