As part of an internal succession placement, we are looking for you as Head of Sales Steering & Support (m/f/d), 100% Your contribution to our team In this function, you will lead a team of five employees functionally and disciplinarily and take overall responsibility for sales steering and support. You ensure that our customer management system is used effectively in sales, that campaigns are continuously monitored, and that the entire sales team works reliably via the available channels. In doing so, you analyze the progress of the campaigns, identify optimization potential in usage and data consistency, and derive concrete measures that you implement together with your team and the specialist departments. A focus of your activity lies in the planning and implementation of sales campaigns. You ensure that these are carried out regularly and well-prepared. Together with the Sales Management, you ensure high-quality feedback and create evaluations of the individual campaigns. At the same time, you keep an eye on the capacity utilization in sales and drive targeted optimizations. Furthermore, you are responsible for Sales Support and ensure smooth processes regarding customer master data, contract management, as well as bonus and rebate processes, as well as administrative services for the sales organization. Together with your team, you ensure efficient, service-oriented support of the sales organization as well as high data quality.
