Test Engineer

Tasks Participation in the buildup and expansion of a specialist Test team for the Swiss Health Platform (SHP) Planning and execution of tests for complex insurance applications (e.g., benefit settlements, policy management, etc.) to ensure end-to-end quality during release updates Creation and support in the automation of test cases, which ensure the correctness of insurance processes/logic Documenting and prioritizing errors in coordination with Business Analysts and developers as well as the suppliers Requirements What you bring professionally Completed IT training or commercial basic training in the insurance industry Knowledge and/or experience in the field of health and accident insurance is an advantage Enjoyment of testing applications and detailed analysis of processes Enjoyment of helping to shape the test process as well as end-to-end quality assurance Several years of experience in testing as well as an ISTQB certification is desirable What defines you personally Strong teamwork skills Good communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with different contact persons Flexible and solution-oriented personality Openness to new things and enjoyment in helping to shape changes Analytical way of thinking Independent and structured way of working Languages German C1
