Your tasks - Independent management of road and civil engineering construction sites - Organization and coordination of construction site processes - Leadership and assignment of employees - Work preparation and material disposition - Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and occupational safety - Contact person for clients, site managers, and employees Your profile - Training as a Road Builder EFZ with further training as a foreman or many years of experience as a foreman/polier - Several years of professional experience in road and civil engineering - Leadership experience is an advantage - Independent and responsible way of working - Driver's license Cat.
