Scientific Collaborator - Medicines

Bern (and home office) \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution <br /> • Examine from the perspective of efficacy, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness the requests from pharmaceutical companies for the admission of medicines to the specialty list • Evaluate the results of clinical studies as well as economic issues, conduct bibliographic research on clinical studies, guidelines, and evaluations from foreign authorities • Present expert results, maintain contact with experts, conduct negotiations with pharmaceutical companies, draft communications on the granting of the right to be heard and decisions on the admission of medicines to the specialty list • Collaborate on specific projects and working groups for the reimbursement of medicines • Provide information to health insurers, authorities, service providers, media, and private individuals <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in pharmacy, medicine, or natural sciences and some years of professional experience in the application resp. in the evaluation of medicines • Initiative and aptitude to work independently, precisely, and expeditiously and good knowledge of MS-Office applications • Interest in medical-pharmaceutical, legal, and economic issues • Stress resistance, negotiation skills, confident attitude as well as assertiveness and the ability to reason analytically • Good knowledge of two official languages and English and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In summary What we offer <br /> • Working for Switzerland We strive for the successful Swiss model and work for the well-being of the population. • Experiencing diversity The implementation of equal opportunities allows us to best express our skills and to contemplate different points of view. • Fit in the workplace We provide support and advice to our employees on the topic of physical and mental health.
