Mediamatics Specialist

WTL supports people on their way back into the labor market. Around 100 employees in 14 different departments combine professional work integration with real orders from economy and society. For the MediaDesign department in Jona, we are looking for an engaged personality starting 01.12.2026 or by arrangement as Mediamatics Specialist, 80-100 % (m/f/d) What awaits you with us: With us, you are not fixed to a single area of mediamatics. You work together with three colleagues on varied internal and external projects, from graphics and web to photo and video to digital applications. At the same time, you accompany apprentices and participants in everyday work and pass on your specialist knowledge. Your tasks: • Planning and implementation of print and digital media, as well as photo and video productions, for internal purposes and external orders • Vocational training of Mediamatics apprentices • Professional guidance and promotion of apprentices as well as work-agogic support and promotion of program participants • Creation and further development of websites with WordPress • Participation in social media and digital projects • Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams Your profile: • Training as Mediamatiker/in EFZ or comparable qualification • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, WordPress and Office365 • Joy in passing on specialist knowledge and professionally accompanying people in various life situations and exchanging information with internal as well as external bodies • Experience as a vocational trainer or willingness to take on this function • Target-group-oriented communication in speech and writing as well as stylistically confident German • Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working • Knowledge of professional handling of social media is an advantage What awaits you: • Versatile mediamatics projects instead of narrow specialization • Connection of creative specialist work, vocational training and social impact • Scope for design and personal responsibility • Versatile team with a total of almost 100 colleagues in a dynamic environment in which you can contribute your professional and life experience • Working hours from Monday to Friday • Attractive social and fringe benefits Have we aroused your interest?
