For the house Tertianum Kirchdorf Kappelerhof in the Baden region, we are looking for, as of 1 May 2026 or by arrangement, an Employee Activation 60-80% Your tasks • Independent planning, organizing, and implementation of resource-oriented activation and everyday activities in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department • Assistance in the planning and implementation of excursions and events • Designing resource-oriented activities to promote quality of life, independence, and well-being • Documentation in CareCoach (anamnesis, biography, observations) • Interdisciplinary cooperation with all other areas of the operation Your profile • Completed training as a specialist in everyday design and activation, a comparable training, or several years of experience in an identical function • Professional experience in long-term care • Organizational talent and sociable • A warmhearted and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
