Surface specialist for permanent employment The main tasks and requirements include: • Professional, clean, and economical execution of all surface treatments. • Responsibility for the correct and complete storage of the finished workpieces. • Independent execution of assigned work according to the schedule as well as the instructions of the project manager. • Control of the manufactured work regarding completeness, quality, and functionality as well as responsibility for one's own work quality. • Careful care and maintenance of the work equipment (e.g., spray guns, nozzles, etc.) as well as reporting replacement or new purchases to the workshop manager. • Professional storage and careful handling of paints, lacquers, and other coating materials. • Willingness to assist with general work in the carpentry, in assembly, or with transports in the surface treatment department during periods of low workload. • Consistent compliance with occupational safety regulations as well as responsible handling of personal protective equipment and safety facilities. Profile: Trained profession as Schreiner EFZ or Maler EFZ or many years of experience in this industry Experience in surface treatment, filling, sanding, priming, etc. Handling of spray guns, nozzles Assistance with assembly and transport Flexible, robust, and resilient Very good knowledge of German Resident in the region
