Bern, 80 - 100 % *Our product line management develops innovative dashboards and applications that support the management and departments of the Insel Gruppe with well-founded data and analyses in strategic decisions. In your role as Product Owner, you combine business management understanding with technological foresight and significantly shape the digital transformation of controlling.* This is what you can expect ## • You drive the further development of our data-driven KPI and dashboard solutions as well as the introduction of AI tools in an interdisciplinary Scrum team • You prioritize customer requirements from different business management areas and derive requirements for implementation from them • You work at the interface between business and IT and ensure that data-based innovations offer real added value for the management of the Insel Gruppe • You have the opportunity to bring your controlling expertise into smart solutions and thus help shape the digitization of controlling This is what you bring with you ## • Higher professional education (uni, FH) in business administration or business informatics • Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in combination with agile project work • Analytical thinking, agile mindset and enjoyment of shaping change processes • High innovation enthusiasm, personal responsibility and assertiveness • Pronounced self-initiative, sense of responsibility and very good communication skills, in particular very good German language skills in word and writing Our offer ## With us, you connect data with impact: Together with departments and IT experts, you develop digital solutions that simplify decisions, strengthen collaboration and advance the transformation towards a networked, forward-looking healthcare system.
