Our new Rehaklinik Zürich Triemli will open in spring 2027. Initially, we will operate a ward with approx. 32 beds, rented within Stadtspital Zürich Triemli. Our new building is already under construction and will open at the end of 2029 and have approx. 140 beds. For this exciting operational setup, we are looking for a/an ### for spring 2027 Your tasks • You take over the professional responsibility and organization of the room service • You are responsible for the duty roster, coordination and guidance of the team including the induction of new employees • You ensure compliance with and further development of service and quality standards • As an interface to the kitchen, nursing service and administration, you ensure a smooth process • You actively contribute your ideas to the optimization of processes and support their implementation • You carry out the check-in and check-out of our patients independently • You reliably complete mise en place tasks (preparation and follow-up in the service area) • You take over administrative tasks within the framework of room service and daily ward life independently and reliably • You work closely with the nursing staff and other professional groups of the clinic and support flexibly in other areas if required Your profile • You have several years of professional experience or training in the hotel, gastronomy or service sector • Ideally, you have nursing experience • You convince through your strong leadership skills as well as your experience in the organization and motivation of employees • A friendly, empathetic and service-oriented personality with a role model function characterizes you • With your structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working, you make an important contribution to the success of the team • Flexibility and commitment - also for weekend and shift work - are part of it for you • You have very good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage Your future with us • Perspective-rich and easily accessible workplace - in a collegial environment with clear structures, competent managers and appreciative communication • Real benefits instead of empty words - with paid changing time, 28 days of vacation as well as numerous internal and external discounts and offers.
