• 19 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Posieux Your responsibilities • Menu creation: Develop creative menus while respecting dietary and financial constraints. • Supply management: Ensure the ordering of raw materials while respecting the allocated budget. • Event organization: Plan and execute internal and external events successfully. • Compliance with standards: Implement and guarantee compliance with legal norms and standards in all areas. • Language French / German and English a plus Your profile • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience as a Head Chef of a collective catering establishment (120 covers + catering) • Proven skills in team management and leadership. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong sensitivity to dietary and financial constraints. • Ability to create innovative and balanced menus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
