Team Leadership Living (80 - 90%)

People with multiple disabilities participate in life and society to the extent of their abilities and achieve quality of life and self-determination. We work towards this goal every day at the Stiftung Lebensorte in a professional, joyful, committed, interdisciplinary and partnership-based manner. To support our team, we are looking for a Team Leadership Living (80 - 90%) at our Leimbach TG location, to be agreed upon. You will accompany nine adult people with cognitive and physical disabilities. You will actively participate in shaping the group's daily life. You will work as a contact person with the environment of the people to be accompanied and with other areas of the Stiftung Lebensorte. As Team Leadership, you will take on leadership and coordination tasks for the team in the living area.
