Senior Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Client Representation Building Construction ------------------------------------------------------------------------- For an exciting large-scale project in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced personality who represents the interests of the client with professional competence, leadership strength, and strategic foresight. The place of work is predominantly in Zürich, combined with travel within German-speaking Switzerland. You assume overall responsibility as client representation for the management of a complex large-scale project (general contractor model) and will be supported by other employees in doing so. You lead and coordinate the project from SIA phase 41 until handover, advise the client strategically, and represent their interests towards authorities, planners, and contractors. Your profile: • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable • At least ten years of professional experience in client representation or project management of complex building construction projects • Verifiable experience in leading large construction projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility, and high level of independence We look forward to your application.
