For the newly created position as Performance Coordinator 100% (m/w/d) at Europcar, we are looking for an analytically strong and proactive personality with organizational talent and an eye for the big picture. In this exciting role, you are responsible for the optimal utilization and use of our regional fleet from Central Switzerland to St. Gallen. In doing so, you work closely with various specialist departments and contribute significantly to the economic success of the company through your analyses and decisions. You report directly to the Regional Manager Zürich. Together with Car Control, you also plan the inbound and outbound control of the vehicles and ensure demand-oriented availability • Disposition & coordination: You dispatch the assigned transfer drivers and coordinate their assignments efficiently and economically. In doing so, you always maintain an overview of the regional vehicle movement and ensure a smooth process • Analysis & Forecasting: You create seasonal forecasts and analyze relevant business and fleet data. Based on your evaluations, you provide sound decision-making bases and recognize optimization potential early on • Performance & Market Management: You observe the market, recognize trends and derive appropriate measures for performance enhancement from them. You make stopsell decisions based on clear specifications as well as economic cost-benefit considerations • Cooperation & Further Development: You lead the weekly fleet calls and work closely with the national pricing team as well as other internal interfaces. You also take responsibility for system maintenance and actively participate in projects as well as troubleshooting topics What you bring with you ## • Education: You have a commercial basic education or a technical education with corresponding commercial further training • Industry experience: Ideally, you bring 3-4 years of experience in car rental and/or in field management • Analytical strength: You enjoy working with numbers and feel comfortable in a data-driven environment • Organization & solution orientation: Even with different priorities, you maintain an overview and organize your tasks in a structured and efficient manner. You approach challenges in a solution-oriented way and find pragmatic ways to the goal • Personality & assertiveness: You convince with a positive, committed personality and appear self-assured.
