Retail Specialist

Tasks: • Serving and advising customers in the shop and at the checkout • Ensuring a smooth daily operation in the shop area • Inventory management as well as attractive product presentation • Care and maintenance of the coffee and snack station • Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained appearance of the shop and the gas station • Supporting the team on weekends and during holiday absences Requirements: • Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented demeanor • Enjoying daily contact with customers • Reliable, responsible, and independent work style • High stress tolerance and flexibility, also with changing customer frequency • Strong service orientation and team ability • Willingness for early and late shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–21:00) • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Residing in the Appenzell region or the surrounding area • Own vehicle and driver's license are an advantage • Impeccable reputation
