Job Description Integrated within our Heritage department and reporting to the Conservator of Know-How, your main mission will be to ensure the assembly and finishing of watches produced within the newly formed Atelier des Etablisseurs. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to : • Be responsible for the reliability and quality of the watches produced by you • Assemble the different parts in their entirety, from decoration to final control, including finishing, regulation, and casing • Ensure after-sales service and participate in the continuous improvement of product quality • Work in close collaboration with all other artisans in the workshop as well as with external suppliers • Share your technical knowledge and expertise within the workshop Qualifications • Holding a diploma as a Horloger Rhabilleur or equivalent, you have significant experience in a similar position • You are recognized for your solid experience in handling high-end watch components as well as in regulation, finishing, and various adjustments.
