Mission :

• Develop and retain a client portfolio through active and targeted prospecting
• Mobilize and enrich your network to create new business opportunities
• Analyze client needs and propose adapted solutions in temporary and permanent placement
• Manage recruitments: sourcing, interviews, evaluation and presentation of applications
• Negotiate commercial conditions and finalize mandates
• Accompany clients, candidates and temporary employees in a lasting relationship of trust

Profile
----------

• Confirmed experience in a placement agency, in the recruitment of administrative and executive profiles
• An active professional network in Geneva and a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
• A strong commercial temperament, with ease in prospecting and negotiation
• A commercial education, ideally completed in human resources or sales
• Autonomy, reactivity and a taste for results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a true team spirit
