Social Worker Adult Protection 60 - 80% # The Office for Youth and Career Guidance of the Department of Education provides, orders, controls, and coordinates services for child and youth welfare and career guidance. Zentrum Breitenstein is part of the Office for Youth and Career Guidance and is supported and co-financed by the municipalities of the Andelfingen district. Zentrum Breitenstein provides social services in the areas of child and adult protection, personal assistance, counseling, and prevention for the population of the Andelfingen district. The services are aimed at families, adolescents, children, as well as adults with special needs, social difficulties, and/or addiction problems. Our team is expanding - together we can achieve a lot! Zentrum Breitenstein in Andelfingen is looking for an experienced and committed Social Worker Adult Protection, immediately or by arrangement. Together with your team, you will carry out legal guardianships for adults for 22 municipalities of the Andelfingen district, which have been ordered by the KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen. The self-determination and personal responsibility of the clients are always the top priority. The following tasks await you: ### • Management of mandates according to the order of the KESB, mostly with the management of income and assets • Writing applications and reports to authorities • Representation in personal, legal, and financial matters • Actively participating in the further development of professional guardianship We expect from you: ### • Completed degree in Social Work FH • Professional experience in adult protection or social assistance • In-depth knowledge of private law, social insurance law, and social assistance law • Empathy towards people in difficult life situations • Psychological resilience and flexibility as well as professional negotiation skills What can you expect from us? ### A responsible and interesting activity with scope for independent work awaits you.
