Your tasks: Business policy tasks • Representation of the management's interests internally and externally • Correct, friendly, and courteous customer care • Correct and performance-conscious handling of employees • Further training to ensure personal task competence • Expedient and economical processing of assigned tasks to the full satisfaction of customers and management • Confidential handling of internal company data according to the specifications of the management manual Day-to-day business / Project processing • Assistance in supporting the client from the start of the contract until the end of the guarantee • Implementation of customer wishes • Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and sub-subcontractors in the project phases and on the construction site • Schedule management on the construction site • Assistance with cost management during the construction phase until settlement • Support in creating tender and contract documents • Coordination and implementation of requirements from authorities, the public sector, and offices • Daily reporting of own efforts as well as creation of necessary protocols, confirmations, and draft contracts • Independent management of task areas according to the job description and signing of documents according to the signature regulation Your profile • Completed training in the construction industry (e.g., Zeichner EFZ specializing in architecture) or comparable qualification • Further training / experience as a Construction Manager (ideally dipl.
