About the role

Our client, a financial company offering fiduciary and fund management services, is looking for a junior accountant to expand its team. You will join a structure comprising several companies where you will be trained before taking charge of invoice and payment processing, managing email exchanges and participating in the closing process. It is the opportunity to quickly increase your skills within a dynamic team that is looking for a long-term profile!

Tasks
-------

• Enter accounting entries for different entities
• Perform payment preparation
• Manage bank reconciliations
• Manage accounting inboxes and ensure invoice follow-up
• Support monthly and annual closing activities

We are looking for

• You hold a CFC or a university degree in accounting, economics or business management
• You possess a first experience in accounting and administrative management
• You possess a good mastery of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• You have already worked with an ERP
• You are comfortable in English (B2 minimum)
