Specialist in Sports Facility Maintenance (with vocational trainer function), 100 %

For the Allmend Brunau grass sports facility with the associated Sunnau grass sports facility and the Klopstockwiese changing room building, we are looking for a specialist in sports facility maintenance as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You support the operations management as a deputy and assume responsibility in their absence. In doing so, you create and implement work and concept instructions, coordinate facility maintenance, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in projects as well as special tasks. Additionally, you support personnel, training, and match planning. • You carry out daily cleaning and maintenance work on the facility as well as on machines and equipment and perform these according to quality specifications. • You put the facilities into and out of operation and carry out safety inspections. • You ensure the correct occupancy of the infrastructure and smooth training and match operations. You adjust short-term occupancy changes using the appropriate software. • As a committed vocational trainer, you support and promote our young talents by accompanying them on their professional path and imparting specialist knowledge and practical skills. Profile ## • Completed vocational training with EFZ as a specialist in facility maintenance with knowledge in the cleaning and manual-technical area. Furthermore, you already have initial experience as a vocational trainer or are ready to take this path. • Ideally, you bring basic knowledge in the area of sports turf care as well as experience in the operation and maintenance of sports or leisure facilities. • Very good oral and written communication skills in the German language as well as solid IT user knowledge. • A flexible, sports-enthusiastic, friendly, and independent personality with a high sense of service, high commitment, and good manners. • Readiness for irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend shifts on various facilities.
