Your tasks In this function, you are responsible for the care, accompaniment and supervision of the inmates. Through professional, respectful and appreciative interaction, you cultivate direct contact with the inmates and take on the role of a reliable contact and reference person. You will accompany the inmates competently throughout their entire detention period. Your actions are characterized by a reflective relationship design, in which you use the necessary proximity and distance in a situation-specific and sovereign manner. You act without prejudice, consistently implement legal requirements, internal instructions and security regulations, and thus make a significant contribution to the safety of the public, employees and inmates. Your activity in the 24/7 shift operation requires a high degree of responsibility and flexibility. With your professional actions, you make a significant contribution to the orderly operation of the institution. Your profile You have completed vocational training EFZ. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the execution of justice, in the care and accompaniment of people or in a comparable field of activity. You treat people with respect, appreciation and without prejudice. Thanks to your understanding of different cultures and life situations, you also appear sovereign, friendly and assertive in challenging situations. You are a mature, resilient and responsible person with pronounced social and communication skills.
