Your tasks ### • You lead your 10-person team professionally, personally, and organizationally, promoting the further development of your employees and thereby creating a constructive environment. • As a central contact person, you ensure clear communication and a reliable flow of information - both within your team and towards the Head of Employment, Security & Prevention. • You are close to the action: several times a week you accompany patrols, and in crisis situations, you lead calmly, clearly, and in a solution-oriented manner, assuming operational responsibility and initiating the necessary steps according to our standards. • You work closely and constructively with internal positions such as center management and employees in the residential support area. • You actively help shape the security and prevention area by ensuring quality standards and continuously developing processes and measures. Your profile ### • You have completed vocational training, supplemented by further training in the field of security and leadership, as well as several years of sound experience in the security industry and in leadership. • With your structured way of working, your organizational talent, and your IT affinity, you ensure forward-looking planning in the team. • Even when things get intense, you remain calm, make clear decisions, and act in a de-escalating manner. • You move confidently in intercultural environments and convince with empathy and service orientation; very good German skills are required, additional languages are a plus. • With a Category B driver's license, you are mobile and appreciate an everyday life with evening, weekend, and irregular shifts more than a rigid schedule.
