Project Manager Production Facilities # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Meilen Start date: immediately Reference number: 881105/1 Tasks ### • You plan and implement demanding investment projects from budget preparation to handover to operations and ensure timely implementation • You accompany operational operations and optimize production facilities through evaluation processes, efficiency increases and innovative solutions • You ensure technical operational readiness through larger conversion and revision projects and provide technical support to maintenance personnel and line managers during repairs as well as for smaller projects • You drive automation and growth projects and take our production processes to the next level • You ensure that internal regulations and quality standards are met, and ensure sustainable improvements Profile ### • 4-5 years in the management of technical projects or in the field of engineering (ideally in the food environment) • Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) of the University of Applied Sciences in a technical field, supplemented by plant-specific further training • German (business fluent) • Sound knowledge of processes and procedures, also cross-departmentally • Entrepreneurial thinking and an efficient, precise way of working with strong goal orientation • Strong communication skills and the ability to work on several projects in parallel • You are data-savvy and system-savvy (Office/BI, SAP & Co.), acquire new tools quickly and use AI responsibly • You bring a pragmatic approach with which you accelerate decisions and efficiently automate routines Benefits ### • Varied activity in a renowned company
