Head of Security, 80% Your tasks You are responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of corporate security and continuously develop the areas of security management, occupational safety, and health protection. With a holistic approach, you ensure a safe, protected, and smoothly functioning corporate environment. You manage cross-departmental security processes, lead demanding projects, and coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, you guarantee the protection of employees, visitors, artworks, real estate, buildings, and technical systems, as well as compliance with all relevant legal and operational requirements. With foresight, you continuously develop standards and concepts and make a significant contribution to the preservation of value of Kunsthaus Zürich as well as to the sustainable protection of people, artworks, and tangible assets. Your profile Completed technical or security-specific training (e.g., security specialist, security expert, or comparable qualification) Federal diploma in the security sector, preferably as a security specialist in guarding or the security environment Several years of professional experience in security management, preferably in the museum or financial services sector, and leadership responsibility Sound specialist knowledge in security, hazard detection, and access systems High decision-making and enforcement ability, combined with a clear and appreciative leadership style Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Very good technical understanding as well as proficient IT user skills Impeccable reputation Residence in the city of Zürich or in the immediate vicinity Very good oral and written German and English skills We offer We offer you attractive employment conditions and the opportunity to continuously develop your professional expertise.
