MOTOREX develops and produces high-quality lubricants for the smooth operation of high-performance machines and vehicles. The Swiss company headquartered in Langenthal, Switzerland employs around 400 employees, operates its own research and development center in Switzerland and other production plants in Europe. To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for a committed personality for our headquarters in Langenthal as a Field of activity • As a member of the Supply Chain Planning team, you are co-responsible for ensuring the worldwide availability of our around 8,000 different sales items • You are responsible for the timely and quantity-accurate operational procurement of raw materials including the organization of the corresponding collection transports • Together with strategic procurement, you evaluate suppliers and continuously optimize the diverse purchasing processes • You create forecasts for customer demand, process stock reports from various warehouses and develop supplier orders and production orders from them in our domestic and foreign plants • In a continuous improvement process, you carry out analyses and continuously manage lead times and master data in the ERP system Requirements • Commercial basic training with further training in the field of procurement, AVOR/PPS, procurement, logistics or comparable experience • Several years of professional experience in production planning, AVOR, purchasing or dispatching • Very good user knowledge of ERP systems (SAP an advantage) and MS Office • Good German and English skills in spoken and written form • Structured way of working, high affinity for numbers • Networked thinking, decisiveness and perseverance • Team player mentality and assertiveness Advantages of the position • A responsible and varied task with a lot of creative freedom • Flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths • A collegial as well as international team that gives full throttle every day and does not lose its sense of humor even in stressful times.
