We advise our customers at home and manufacture everything in our own facility in Thörishaus. Your new tasks ### • Implementation of the purchasing policy according to company specifications and budget targets • Responsibility for inventory management • Pre-selection, evaluation and negotiation with suppliers • Negotiation of framework agreements as well as purchasing and condition agreements with suppliers • Ensuring quality standards, delivery capability and sustainability requirements • Guaranteeing complete, error-free and up-to-date supplier and article master data • Team leadership Purchasing (2-3 people) • In cooperation with IT/Organization, support and further development of the purchasing processes • Conducting training for employees in home service and at the Point of Sale (POS) • Support with deputies in purchasing and projects • Cooperation with Marketing and POS management on assortment and marketing topics What you bring with you ### • Business administration further education or training with sound knowledge in strategic purchasing and Category Management • Experience in assortment development, procurement, supplier management and price/margin control • Very good German skills as well as business fluent English and French skills in spoken and written form • Entrepreneurial thinking and responsible personality with a role model function • Strategic, analytical and at the same time creative way of thinking with a strong solution orientation • Sound IT and ERP knowledge, ideally in SAP and Opacc, as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications • Initial leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement • Committed, proactive and resilient personality with high self-motivation • Affinity for trends, products and innovations in the field of home textiles and living • Completed textile technical training or further education at a textile specialist school or in the field of textile management What we offer you ### 20% on the entire pfister assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz-Gruppe Combinable with other promotions We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models Working 100% in 4.5 days?
