Front Compliance Specialist
Do you want to evolve in a professional environment that is always moving, stimulating and inspiring? Join the team of the Wealth & Asset Management Staff department within the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous and Equitable bank.
As a Front Compliance Specialist, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of compliance within our organization.
Your missions
Analyze client onboarding files.
Perform risk reviews in collaboration with client advisors (natural persons and legal entities - SME/association).
Provide your expertise to client advisors for daily tasks related to the field of compliance.
Your profile
University or banking training (CAS Compliance in Financial Services is an asset).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Swiss bank.
Analytical mindset, interpersonal skills and great communication capacity.
Excellent sense of priorities, great rigor and proactivity.
Mastery of French and English (spoken and written).
