Job Description ## In this responsible leadership position, you will steer and develop project management holistically with a clear focus on the company's strategy and overarching business goals. • Overall responsibility for a multidisciplinary project management organization, including leadership, development, and scaling of teams and team leads • Strategic responsibility for project management and project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, budget control, and results responsibility in line with the company's goals • Development and transformation of project management towards modern, scalable standards (including digital tools, data-based control, and KPI systems) with a direct impact on efficiency, transparency, and company performance • Building and developing powerful governance, PMO/PM, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and decision-making ability up to the management level, as well as promoting a modern, performance-oriented PM culture • Central escalation and decision-making instance as well as driver of transformation and efficiency initiatives with a measurable contribution to operational excellence and value creation of project management Qualifications ## • You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of economics, management, engineering, or a comparable qualification. • Several years (around 10+ years) of solid professional and leadership experience in strategic and operational project management, ideally in an industrial environment, e.g., special machine or plant construction. • Proven successes in managing complex, international project portfolios and in designing and implementing transformation initiatives in project management • Furthermore, you are characterized by pronounced strategic and analytical competence, combined with high implementation strength, decision-making ability, and experience in building and developing organizations, PM/PMO structures, and processes (including digital tools and KPI systems) • Professional appearance as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the top management level in an international environment • Negotiation-secure German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
