Together with a dedicated, interdisciplinary team, you will shape a varied everyday life in which the children can unfold their abilities, develop independence, and gain confidence in their own strengths. Your tasks You will take over the leadership of a dedicated team of five employees and, together with them, bear the responsibility for a residential group with 6-8 children aged 6 to 12 years. With your expertise, you will contribute to the individual support planning of the children and ensure professional reporting according to ICF. In close cooperation with the department management, you will promote the further development of your team and support students as well as interns. You will shape the interdisciplinary cooperation with teachers, therapists, parents, and authorities in a cooperative and solution-oriented manner. If required, you will take over night presence as well as occasional weekend or holiday shifts. Your profile You have completed training in Social Pedagogy HF/FH and bring experience in leading a small team. Training as a practical instructor is an advantage. You enjoy supporting children with disabilities and approach them with empathy, patience, and openness. With your open, supportive attitude, you lead your team at eye level.
