Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) EFZ Care YOUR TASKS Nursing and care of our residents in their daily activities Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure Perception of the individual needs of the residents Reference person work and maintenance of contacts with relatives and legal representatives Taking over daily responsibility YOUR PROFILE Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalence with SRK recognition, Elderly Caregiver FA or comparable Experience in dealing with InterRAI is an advantage Joy in conveying nursing specialist knowledge within the team An open heart, high social competence and willingness to go new ways Sense of responsibility, team spirit and enjoyment of the profession WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO Attractive working hours – no work in the night shift.
