We are looking for an Assistant Physician to join our teams at the Réseau de l'Arc, in Switzerland. In this full-time role, you will work in collaboration with health professionals in order to provide high-quality care to our patients. Job Description Your work consists of evaluating and caring for patients in a hospital setting at our sites in Saint-Imier and/or Moutier. To this end, the missions are as follows: • Ensure the medical care of hospitalized patients under the supervision of the responsible physicians. • Perform clinical evaluations, participate in establishing diagnoses and implement appropriate therapeutic measures. • Ensure patient follow-up and adapt their care according to the evolution of their health status. • Prescribe treatments and necessary complementary examinations in accordance with current recommendations and your level of responsibility. • Participate in the continuity and coordination of care in order to guarantee optimal patient care. • Collaborate with different health professionals in an interdisciplinary approach. • Participate in medical visits, colloquia, case discussions and team meetings. • Ensure rigorous, complete medical documentation in compliance with institutional requirements. • Contribute to continuous improvement processes for the quality and safety of care. • Actively participate in postgraduate training and the development of professional skills. Qualifications • Possession of a medical degree or an equivalent title recognized by the Commission fédérale des professions médicales (MEBEKO) is mandatory. • A proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team is essential. • A marked interest in hospital medicine and global patient care is required. • A strong commitment to medical training and the dissemination of knowledge is expected. • Proficiency in the French language at a minimum B2 level is necessary.
