In this role, you will lead a nursing team and be responsible for the quality of care in an institution in the Ostermundigen region, Canton Bern. Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a workload of 80 – 100 %. You will support your employees in daily nursing care, structure processes, ensure the quality of care, and develop your team professionally. Your tasks in this responsible role • You provide professional support to the team and ensure a quality of care that builds trust • You coordinate processes, promote cooperation, and create clarity in everyday life • You support new employees during their induction and accompany their development • You participate in direct care and contribute your knowledge to the further development of processes • You work in an environment that values professionalism, respect, and common goals What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
