To reinforce our team in Kloten, we are looking for: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) Your activities include the following main tasks: Sole construction and project management from project planning to warranty work Advising and supporting the client in all matters during the construction phase Direct contact with clients, contractors, and authorities Tenders (according to NPK) and award negotiations Monitoring of workflows regarding deadlines, costs, and quality Leading the specialist planner team, technical support for planning work, as well as checking planning documents Managing defect rectification and warranty work Your profile Basic training as Zeichner EFZ or in the construction industry (structural engineering) Further training as Bauleiter (HFP), Techniker (FH), Architekt/in (FH/ETH) or equivalent Practical experience as construction manager / project manager, especially in the independent management of construction projects and tendering MS-Office knowledge Experience with the construction administration program Messerli is an advantage Flexible and independent personality Organizational talent, networked thinking, and negotiation skills High level of personal responsibility Our offer Professional environment with short decision-making paths Much freedom and personal responsibility in a dynamic team Demanding new construction projects in the area of TU/construction management Attractive additional benefits & compensation Cheerful, collegial, and competent team of 10-15 employees Further training and development opportunities (financially supported) Do you feel addressed?
