What you can achieve • You are responsible for the operational management of our bistro as well as the gastronomy in the entire house, receiving and looking after our demanding guests • You organize and manage the internal processes of your department and are responsible for efficient and resource-oriented staff planning • You are responsible for menu planning resp. menus, promotion of sales activities and upselling • You are responsible for purchasing and optimal inventory management • Your operational skills and knowledge enable you to handle food correctly according to HACCP regulations and you comply with them • You are responsible for organizing department-specific training and are responsible for the induction of new team members and at the same time promote interdisciplinary cooperation in the entire Solbad • Quality is very important to us, in this sense you control compliance with our quality standards according to our guidelines and specifications What you bring with you • You have completed an apprenticeship as Koch/Köchin EFZ • You are creative and proactive • You are service-oriented, enjoy approaching people and are customer-friendly. • You have high social competence and can deal well with people • Mediterranean cuisine is close to your heart • You have a fluent command of the German language and have good French skills • You demonstrate your flexibility with your willingness to work in the evenings, on weekends as well as on public holidays • You respond to various guest needs with your solution-oriented manner, take responsibility and are concerned with constantly improving service standards • You are used to working motivated, independently and in a structured manner and leading a team of approx. 10 employees What you can look forward to as part of Aqua-Spa-Resorts AG • A great employer with extraordinary spa worlds that challenge and promote you • Working in a motivated team • Free use of our spa facilities for you and your family • Free applications in our spa facilities • 50% on consumption in our spa facilities 20-30% on shop products in our spa facilities Take the next step!
