Intern Work Agogics Mechanics 80-100% Activities • You accompany our employees with support needs in their work • You supervise the setup, instruction, and control tasks for productive orders in mechanics • Step by step, you grow into agogic tasks – accompanied by experienced specialists who specifically prepare you for your future in work agogics • You complete a fixed-term internship of 6–12 months with the option of subsequent training as a Work Agogist Requirements • You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as a Polymecanic EFZ • Ideally, you already bring several years of experience in subtractive manufacturing • You score with good knowledge in handling conventional machine tools (turning, milling, drilling) • You enjoy interacting with people with a disability • You describe yourself as organized and reliable, have a flair for productive work processes, and enjoy working in a team • Good oral and written German skills round off your profile We offer • An open, respectful corporate culture and a warm interaction using "Du" await you. • The personal and professional development of our employees is particularly close to our hearts.
