Zimmerwald (and home office) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute • Define, maintain and communicate the technological vision, strategy and roadmap of the ICT architecture for the Actions in cyberspace and electromagnetic space (ACEM) service • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, both within the domain and externally, encourage knowledge transfer between ICT architects, lead and drive integration projects on the platform • Plan and develop efficient and robust IT architectures and services, collaborating closely with agile teams and solution architects and taking into account requirements and cost-effectiveness within the framework of the ACEM corporate strategy • Implement and evolve architecture principles to ensure consistency, reuse and reduction of redundancies. Guarantee the transverse alignment of non-functional requirements (security, quality, performance, operations) across all solutions • Advise stakeholders (business, IT, security) on technological investments (cloud, data, AI, etc.) and the modernization roadmap <br /> What makes you unique • University degree in a technical discipline or in economics and certification in the field of IT security, architecture, modeling or service design • Several years of experience as an enterprise architect in the field of IT platforms within a company. • Interest in agile working methods (e.g. SAFe), high level of commitment to work and communication skills • Good reputation, discretion and ability to integrate into the intelligence service domain • Good active knowledge in at least a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge in a third official language <br /> In a few words The Actions in cyberspace and electromagnetic space (ACEM) service is responsible for the fields of electronic reconnaissance, cyberspace operations and cryptology. It collects information for the intelligence services of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS) and other authorized federal bodies. As an ICT architect, you will contribute, within a small dynamic team, to implementing and developing electronic reconnaissance systems and thus accompany the agile transformation of the ACEM.
