The essence of your activity: ### • Ensuring professional and holistic care of our patients with different clinical pictures in close cooperation with the interprofessional treatment team • Ensuring a high quality of care through consistent implementation of standards and guidelines • Active and constructive participation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation • Participation in the further development of the Palliative Care department in close cooperation with the nursing expert and the interprofessional team • Accompanying and advising our FaGe apprentices as well as HF/FH students in close cooperation with the vocational trainers The basis of your performance: ### • Degree as Dipl. Pflegfachperson HF/FH including current professional experience in a medical department.
