March 2027 | 100 % Are you at least 18 years old and not yet sure exactly where your professional path should lead? Perhaps you are interested in hotel management. Perhaps gastronomy. Perhaps you want to do training in this field later, but first want to find out if this world really suits you. Then try it out. For the winter season 2026/2027, we are offering a versatile internship position at HOTEL PÉZ REGINA in Lumbrein for a young person who doesn't just want to watch, but truly wants to get to know everyday hotel life. WHAT AWAITS YOU With us, you won't just get to know a single area. You will work in the places where a small hotel business actually lives. You will gain insight into: • Restaurant and guest relations • Breakfast and service • Kitchen and preparation • Housekeeping and rooms • General tasks in the hotel • Processes behind the scenes of a small hotel business You will be accompanied and trained, but will also take on responsibility yourself step by step. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are at least 18 years old, open, reliable, and enjoy interacting with people. You do not necessarily need professional experience in hotel management or gastronomy. More importantly to us is that you: • are curious and want to learn something • enjoy working practically • can roll up your sleeves • are reliable and independent • have no problem working in the evenings and on weekends • are interested in possible later training or a professional future in hotel management or gastronomy WHAT YOU CAN FIND OUT WITH US What does working in a hotel really feel like? Do you enjoy contact with guests? Do you enjoy service? Are you interested in the kitchen? Do you like the organization of a hotel business? Can you imagine doing training in hotel management or gastronomy later? After four months, you should have significantly more answers to this than before. AND WHERE? In Lumbrein in Val Lumnezia, in the middle of the Graubünden mountains. Life here is different from Zurich, Basel, or Bern. Quieter. Smaller. Closer to nature. And quite special, especially in winter. You should therefore not only have a desire for a new job, but also a desire to live completely differently for four months. Period: 1. December 2026 to 31.
