What awaits you

• Execute inspection tasks autonomously
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
• Handle various requests, troubleshooting, and minor interventions (Cleaning, green spaces...)
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany the execution of work by mandated companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Administrative tasks (maintenance planning)
• Manage small repair projects
• Participation in the on-call service

What you bring

• Holder of a CFC in facility management or an equivalent title (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of HVAC and electricity
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Proven experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
• Proficiency in French (oral and written)
• Knowledge of English (an asset)
• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Pronounced sense of service, autonomy, and professionalism
• Ease in contacts, strong customer orientation, and friendliness
