The beautiful location above Lake Thun creates ideal conditions for combining career and recreation.* What awaits you ## • Conducting admission assessments at referring institutions to assess the rehabilitation capability of registered patients • Coordination and alignment within the interprofessional treatment team to assess admission situations and ensure needs-based patient admission • Participation in the optimization of processes at the interfaces between referrers, admission planning and treatment teams • Taking over the nursing daily coordination and supporting the management of daily business • Taking over punctual nursing activities and direct patient care as required What you bring with you ## • Completed training as a Dipl.
