To strengthen its team in the Romandie intervention region, we are looking for a Service Technician - Fire Stations and Workshops After an introductory period at the headquarters in Berne and client visits accompanied by the division head and colleagues from the technical service, you will gradually train in your field of activity. As a service technician, you will be specifically responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and repairs. If you have questions or need support in daily operations, you can count on your co-workers to support you in a simple and pragmatic manner. A well-coordinated and caring team awaits you. Your tasks • Contact person for your clients in the field of technical functionalities • Commissioning within the project team • Training of technical equipment managers • Maintenance and upkeep work • Troubleshooting and repair work • Discussions with the parent company in case of complex questions • Close internal collaboration within the department and with sales colleagues • Organization and documentation of your activity Your profile • Technical training in mechanics, electrotechnics, automation, or mechatronics • Ideally, experience as a member of a fire brigade and knowledge of your clients' needs • Great autonomy and ability to plan and accomplish your tasks • Great communication skills and a strong interest in work covering all of French-speaking Switzerland • Very good knowledge of French and German Your perspectives • Excellent team spirit and SME atmosphere • Possibility of further training and evolution in a modern company • Alternation between client interventions, home office, and headquarters • Attractive employment conditions with pension fund benefits above average • Company vehicle for your professional and private travels • Latest generation IT and communication tools Do not hesitate to call us if you wish to have more information, or send us an e-mail.
