For our location in Wallisellen, we are looking for an engaged and independent personality as Quality System Manager (m/f/d) – 50% (hybrid) immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible function, you will undertake the support and further development of our quality management system and are simultaneously responsible for the area of occupational safety, health protection and environment (EHS). You ensure that systems and processes are effectively lived within the company. The position is designed as hybrid: you work flexibly remote as well as on-site in Wallisellen – depending on the respective requirements. For audits and relevant coordinations, your presence on-site is expected, otherwise you organize your work independently. Your tasks: Responsibility for the quality management system (QMS) including maintenance, further development and ensuring implementation in everyday life Creation and updating of the QM manual as well as relevant documentation Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits (incl. supplier audits) Organization and implementation of management reviews and quality meetings Creation of quality reports as well as analysis and evaluation of key figures Ensuring compliance with standards, laws and guidelines Processing of complaints as well as initiation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Training and support of employees in quality-relevant topics Participation in the qualification and evaluation of suppliers Tasks in the area of EHS: Responsibility for occupational safety, health protection and environment (EHS) in the company Implementation of risk analyses and safety inspections Planning and implementation of training in the areas of safety and health protection Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines in the EHS area Your profile: Technical training with further education in quality management (e.g. QSM) Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in a regulated environment Experience in conducting audits Structured, independent and exact way of working High quality awareness and assertiveness Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Willingness for occasional travel (e.g. supplier audits) You are a reliable and integral personality who takes responsibility and actively develops quality management.
