In this key role, you will build up a new sub-area in the receiving department and actively participate in the introduction of new processes, ensuring they are established in the long term. Shift Manager Receiving (w/m/d) Your tasks As Shift Manager Receiving, you will be responsible for a sub-area of the receiving department You will lead and coordinate the operational day-to-day business Recruitment, coaching, and development of 4-6 team leaders with their employees, as well as a contact person for all technical and personnel issues Monitoring of the current order situation and ensuring optimal processing Taking over new processes from development into operational operations and further developing them in close cooperation with the project teams Collaboration on the continuous development of the receiving department as a whole Ensuring that all information is communicated and available in a stage-appropriate, team-, and shift-overlapping manner Your skills Your communication style and demeanor convince employees to grow beyond themselves every day Your enthusiasm for logistics is also evident in your further education at the FH level You have already gained leadership experience in "Leading Leaders" You have experience in project work and have already successfully introduced new processes into logistics/production and industrialized them Thanks to your analytical skills, you recognize and simply identify potential for improvement and make the necessary adjustments independently to increase productivity and efficiency Stress tolerance, humor, commitment, and a hands-on mentality characterize you You appreciate the diversity of shift operations and are motivated to lead our two-shift operation (from 5 am to 11 pm) Since over 50 nations are represented in our logistics, every foreign language is welcome, German (spoken and written) is a requirement Building trust through consistent and reliable actions Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Why start with us?
