For our location in Uesslingen, we are looking for a committed, resilient, and flexibly deployable personality as a Group Leader, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take on pedagogical and organizational responsibility for your group, actively participate in daily care routines, and work together with your team to ensure a structured, loving, and high-quality daycare daily life. Depending on appropriate suitability, performance, and personal development, there is the possibility at a later stage to gradually take on additional tasks and develop into the deputy daycare management. Your tasks as a Group Leader Pedagogical and organizational leadership of the children's group Planning, coordination, and ensuring a structured daily routine Responsibility for loving, safe, and development-promoting care of the children Active participation in the care, accompaniment, and promotion of the children Professional guidance, support, and accompaniment of employees, apprentices, and interns within the group Clear distribution of tasks and ensuring reliable cooperation within the group team Consistent implementation of the pedagogical and operational concept of Kita Glitzerfisch Shared responsibility for the compliance and reliable implementation of the daily and weekly plan Ensuring that planned activities, learning offers, excursions, forest days, farm visits, and other pedagogical offerings are carried out Observation and documentation of the development of the children Planning and conducting parent meetings in cooperation with the daycare management Professional, appreciative, and binding communication with parents Early forwarding of important observations, challenges, or conflicts to the daycare management Shared responsibility for compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards Responsibility for order, completeness, and careful handling of premises, play materials, and inventory Participation in the entire Kita operations. As a Group Leader, you are an active part of the team and pitch in in the entire Kita daily life. This includes in particular: Flexible support in other groups or areas during personnel and organizational bottlenecks Taking over driving services and running errands Accompanying children on school routes, to activities, or to external offerings Taking over errands and other organizational tasks Active assistance in cleaning and tidying the Kita premises Assistance in cleaning, maintenance, and tidying the outdoor area Support in the preparation and cleaning up after meals, activities, and events Willingness to pitch in wherever support is needed Development perspective towards deputy daycare management. With appropriate suitability, reliable performance, and operational need, there is the possibility to gradually take on additional responsibility.
