Job description Integrated into our Heritage department and attached to the Conservator of Know-How, your main mission will be to ensure the assembly and finishing of watches produced within the newly formed Atelier des Etablisseurs. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to: • Be responsible for the reliability and quality of the watches produced by your care • Assemble the different parts in their entirety, from decoration to final control, including finishing, adjustment, and casing • Ensure after-sales service and participate in the continuous improvement of product quality • Work in close collaboration with all other craftsmen in the workshop as well as with external suppliers • Share your technical knowledge and know-how within the workshop Qualifications • With a diploma as a Watchmaker Rhabilleur or equivalent, you have significant experience in a similar position • You are recognized for your solid experience in handling high-end watch components as well as adjustment, finishing, and various adjustments.
