Your activity with us: • Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of our modern 6-color central cylinder flexographic printing machine • Professional printing of production orders according to work instructions as well as execution of approvals and in-process controls • Adjustment of printing colors according to color templates as well as ensuring and documenting quality and production data • Assembly and change of printing plates as well as continuous monitoring of print quality • Execution of cleaning and simple maintenance work in compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations • Support in the induction of new employees as well as accompanying employees in training • Active participation in Lean Management and KVP measures for the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and equipment availability • Co-design of a safe, clean, and 5S organized workplace Your future environment: With us, you will take on a versatile and responsible task in a growing company with an international orientation. You have experience in flexographic printing and enjoy a technically demanding activity in a quality-oriented production environment. You bring with you:  • Completed vocational training as a Flexodrucker, Drucktechnologe, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience on flexographic printing machines with central cylinder • Experience in handling solvent-based printing inks • Technical understanding of plastic films and their processing • Independent, structured, and precise way of working • High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility • Ability to work in a team, resilience, and a solution-oriented personality • Readiness to work in 2-shift operation • Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
